Lack of maintenance is the most common problem we find with cars, particularly cooling system and engine maintenance. Costly repairs such as cracked heads and seized engines can be avoided simply by having your car serviced at regular intervals. We recommend every 5,000 km for older cars and 10,000 Km for newer cars. Checking you oil and water inbetween services can also prevent alot of problems

We have lots of stories about clients who haven’t taken our advice in regards to problems with their cars and it has ended up costing a considerable amount the most common ones involve overheating problems and in particular timing belt maintenance!

Finding a new mechanic is like finding a family doctor. You need to be able to communicate with and trust your mechanic.

People find that coming to a mechanic can be a really intimidating experience because they don’t understand what we will be doing to the car, we will explain in common terms what we will be doing and if possible keep the old parts so we can show the customer what it is we’ve replaced.

We receive a lot of compliments for our fair pricing and honesty. We are told quite often by our female clients that we are less intimidating and more welcoming then others as well.
